Sheerline 950 Aft Cockpit/Tricab

The aft cockpit of the Sheerline 950 Aft Cockpit has seating for up to ten people. Equipped with single or twin diesel engines, an imaginative layout gives three cabins and one toilet. An efficient ducted air heating system to all cabins makes the cruiser suitable for all year family use.

Spacious aft cockpit area with 'U' design seating converting to large sunbed and also fitted with hinged table giving a good eating area. Helm position to port side with adjustable full upholstered 1½ size helm seat, storage locker beneath for anchor and chain - adjustable co-pilot seat to starboard side with large storage box beneath fitted with middle shelf - stainless steel single tread footrest - ample storage to cockpit area beneath 'U' design sofa - gas locker with space for two 4.5kg gas bottles (not included), self draining cockpit with GRP finish to the floor - easy access to port and starboard - instep to transom for access to stern if required. Cockpit canopy in two sections; forward section with two triangular style windows on stainless steel rail foldable to the inside of the windscreen - aft canopy with removable side curtains each with zipable access points - all aft canopy windows fitted with interior screens for privacy. GRP mast foldable with three insert halogen lights - stainless steel boarding ladder to stern giving inwater access. Safe deck areas with pulpit, rail and two stanchions - ample deck stainless steel rails, folding windscreens with Pantograph style screen wipers - bow roller to fore deck.

    

Access from cockpit to saloon via sliding tinted Perspex cabin door - two steps to main cabin with saloon area to starboard - choices of design from the traditional front and rear facing settee convertible to a double berth and capable for seating five people in comfort all with an option of the semi circular design with oval table giving a true luxurious ambience to the cabin. Drinks locker fitted aft of aft sofa, four overhead lockers 2 to port and 2 to starboard with 4 halogen downlighters over table galley area. Galley comprising of laminate work surfaces, stainless steel twin bowl sinks - chrome finished galley tap - 2 lockers set into the rear beneath the window - full size domestic oven with four burner hob separate grill and pan storage, two lower cupboards cutlery drawer and 12 volt electric refrigerator.

Heads and shower to the starboard fitted with moulded GRP worktop, stainless steel sink, sliding storage to starboard side, concertina design shower door giving separate shower cubicle from the toilet and wash basin, shower on slider rail with hot and cold adjustment - teak grating to floor with 12 volt overboard pump. Manual flush toilet connected direct to stainless steel holding tank with deck discharge. (overboad discharge is an option).

The forward cabin features 3 varying designs depending on client's requirements including 'V' berth layout with storage beneath - a double berth with the headboard to starboard giving full height headroom at at the aft end and the facility for having portable TV fitted into an optional forward locker. Finally with the headboard to port, the double berth then gives a tremendously spacious feeling for the size of the cabin with ample area for changing facilities aft of this.

As standard there is a wardrobe to port with an open fronted locker at waist level and a further open fronted locker set into the side of the vessel with the berth situated with the headboard to port there is a further small shelved locker to starboard and an option of a curved timber top enabling placement of a television to the starboard side. Aft cabin fitted with 6' 6" x 3' 10" 1½ size single berth, also with an escape hatch to cockpit full height wardrobe and opening windows.

Alterations/additions to Tri-cab version. The aft cabin is then fitted with a 6' 6" x 5' double berth laterally across the boat - an additional oval style window and suitcase storage area is fitted to this cabin. In this situation the drive from the engine is transferred to hydraulic design with the engine being fitted laterally in the original aft storage locker on the standard aft cockpit design.
